We moved to Wisconsin about two months ago from Virginia and because of the timing of our move, we have been experiencing a second spring. One of the major advantages of that is two strawberry seasons!!! They are locally grown too. This time I mostly ate them as strawberry shortcake with cream and a little whipped topping. Mmmmmm, Mmmmmmm, Mmmmmmm!

Those look wonderful! Two springs to experince, wouldn't that be nice. I wish that would happen every year. We just had a strawberry festival awhile back in Poteet. LIke you said Mmmmmmmmm!
